Lafayette and West Lafayette come first. Tippecanoe County is the rest of the daily map. We would rather name the towns honestly than stuff a page with cities we do not drive to.
Lafayette
Home base. This is where the company lives, and where most of the houses, duplexes, and apartments are. Call 765-551-RENT and you are calling Lafayette.
West Lafayette
Across the river, and on a different clock when Purdue’s year turns over. We still treat those rentals as someone’s address, not a semester.
Battle Ground
North of the city, small, and close enough that on-call maintenance is a real drive, not a theory. If we have a home there, it is on TenantCloud.
Dayton
Northeast of Lafayette. Owners in Dayton who want local management can ask. We will say if the property is a fit.
The rest of Tippecanoe County
Shadeland, Stockwell, Buck Creek, Clarks Hill, Americus, Colburn, Montmorenci, Romney, and West Point sit in the same orbit. We do not pretend there is a vacant Welcome Home rental in every one of them this week.
Monticello and Oxford
Frank’s public service area also includes Monticello and Oxford. Those are farther out. Ask before you assume a house there is on our list — or that we cannot look at one.
