What this site collects
The owner inquiry, contact, and waiting-list forms ask for your name, phone, email, and whatever you type about a property, a question, or the kind of rental you want. You choose what to put in the message.
How those notes are delivered
Submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to frank@whpmllc.com. We use the note to answer you. We do not sell it.
TenantCloud is separate
Listings, rental applications, rent payment, maintenance requests inside an account, and the owner portal run on TenantCloud. Following those links leaves this website. Their accounts, payments, and privacy terms are theirs. We do not copy that data into a catalog here.
Corrections
Email frank@whpmllc.com if you want a waiting-list note or an inquiry corrected or deleted. We will handle it. This site is not aimed at children.
